COVER works to enhance the activities of the regional voluntary sector by co-ordinating projects and partnerships, encouraging funding into the sector, developing supportive policies and representing the sector's interests to regional agencies and national government.

Link-Ed is a not-for-profit organisation providing a link between schools and businesses across Essex, Southend and Thurrock. Through our member organisations and partners we provide planned activities and support for schools and businesses to develop and strengthen their mutual involvement.
The Exchange is strengthening links between education and business across the county. Last year it helped 9,000 youngsters spend up to two weeks on Work Experience and arranged for thousands more to take part in in-school business-based activities. Teachers, too, were helped to spend time with local firms to discover their staffing needs.
EEDA has a clear mission - to improve the economy of the East of England.
EEDA works across the six counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
